Kalon is a fitness concept created by the professional dancers of Paris' most famous cabarets, to sculpt your body with the iconic Kalon Barre® method and a touch of showgirl glamour. Team K is composed of 30 + professional or ex-professional dancers teaching hundreds of Kalon Barre® classes all over Paris, around the world and on the Kalon app. Classes take place in luxury establishments such as the Ritz, Four Seasons, Lutetia, Rosewood, and many more. In April 2024 the first Kalon Studio is opening in Paris.
