Process owner of the contractual Quality Management process, he/she contributes to the improvement of the contract’s Quality performance and to the satisfaction of relevant interested parties (client, NorSea, SPIE, staff, suppliers, and partners). He/She ensures the deployment of NorSPIE’s QHSE Management Policy within the organization.

Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Perform quality assurance (QA) on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness

Use AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, analytics copilots) to accelerate analysis, specs, and QA

specification review, manufacturer submittals, schematic drawing sets, and project schedule documentation· QA

and deploy a Scrum Master to manage Agile processes specifically.Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA
