Builds and maintains relationships with C-suite leaders, procurement bodies, and GPO executives. Drives profitable revenue growth and account expansion through cross-selling, upselling, and new solution adoption. Designs and implements pan-Medtronic value propositions tailored to customer system level needs. Coordinates with regional and country teams to ensure seamless engagement and consistent execution across geographies. Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes account performance and implements corrective actions.
