
Leads defined area teams to deliver market-leading retail sales and growth. Drives profitability and sustainability through retail sales and ensures a consistent customer experience. Builds high-performing teams, manages store leaders, and collaborates with the Field Training Manager. Develops and executes retail strategies, including launch plans, marketing initiatives, and in-store events. Manages retail staffing costs, payroll budgets, and commission submissions. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager of Southern Europe. Requires extensive experience in senior field management or multi-site roles, strong people focus, and proven experience in retail growth within the luxury beauty industry.
