ITSM Project Manager – freelance, 3 MTH - IDF (F/M) Goal: Implementation of the Ivanti Platform and Redefinition

Manages and implements complex IT projects from initiation to final operational stage. Leads project teams, defines business requirements, and translates them into operational plans. Monitors and reports on project activities, manages milestones, and tracks project economics. Coordinates with stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Regulatory teams. Oversees project governance, risk management, and communication. Ensures regulatory compliance and client readiness.

Lead the implementation of the Ivanti ITSM solution in a GxP-regulated environment, redesigning ITSM processes according to ITIL v4 best practices. Manage project timelines, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure compliance with GxP standards.
