Responsibilities

(Freelance / Independent position – no fees required from candidates)

The street vendor is responsible for selling tourist products directly on-site.

Sales of Tourist Products:

Advise customers on a wide range of tourist products.
Promote products according to the customers' needs and expectations.
Present any ongoing promotions and offers.
Manage the transaction, collect payments, and provide the correct change.
Ensure products are well-displayed and presented attractively.

Customer Relations:

Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, attentive, and responsive.
Answer customers' questions about the products.
Direct customers to our physical store for more complex products.

Qualifications

A first experience in sales or direct customer contact is a plus.
English required, other languages are welcome.
Excellent communication and sales abilities.
Customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
Dynamism and ability to work outdoors.
Tech-savvy.
Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and initiative.
Patience, a smile, and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
Adaptability to varying work conditions (weather, travel, etc.).
