Summary

Due to continued business expansion, we are recruiting an additional team member to join our busy International Buying Office at Optimum Buying. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to support our team in this office-based role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, your main duties will include:
  • Assisting the Sourcing Manager in daily operations
  • Supporting accounts and administrative tasks
  • Communicating regularly with suppliers
  • Preparing customer product presentations
  • Managing and organizing documentation (SharePoint, etc.)
  • Providing general operational support to the team

Qualifications

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
  • Native-level or equivalent spoken and written English (English is the primary language of communication)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Additional European languages would be an advantage

Offer

  • 8-month fixed-term contract (CDD)
  • Office-based position, located 15 minutes from Gare de l'Est
