
Leads the regional RevOps strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent GTM cadence. Owns and leads the weekly business cadence, delivering a clear narrative on pipeline health, performance trends, risks, and required actions. Drives forecasting rigor across EOM/EOQ/EOY, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across teams. Leads bi-weekly deep dives into New Business and Account Management performance, identifying leading indicators, conversion trends, and execution gaps. Facilitates MBR and QBR sessions, providing an executive-level view of performance against targets, progress vs. plan, and outlook. Leads monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis across sales and customer teams, providing data-driven recommendations on quota setting, coverage targets, and resourcing. Builds, coaches, and scales a high-performing RevOps team. Acts as a strategic partner to the Head of RevOps. Partners with Product, Enablement, Systems, and Data teams to ensure alignment with global priorities. Establishes and maintains governance for reporting quality, metric definitions, and business interpretation.
