
Leads and coordinates a team of Technical Delegates within a specific country, ensuring the correct execution of the program at the local level. Manages a portfolio of activities and initiatives, coordinates the field team, and maintains a structured interface with the Client. Analyzes team performance reports, ensures compliance with standards, and identifies improvement proposals. Acts as the primary operational interface for the Client, preparing and leading meetings, and translating Client needs into operational requirements. Leads, motivates, and supports the Technical Delegate team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring team development. Produces reports on country performance, uses data to identify improvement areas, and contributes to the definition of reporting tools.
