The Chief Operations Officer (COO) executes projects in partnership with the Chief of Development. The COO supervises train delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost adherence. Responsibilities include developing industrial plans, coordinating supply chain, production, and testing, and managing risks and opportunities. The COO reports to the Site Industrial Director and functionally to the Site Tenders & Projects Director.

Ensures internal control and application of process rules in line with customer requirements. Participates in meetings and working groups to propose improvements and evolve business rules.

Evaluate customer experiences at premium automotive showrooms. Provide feedback on service, ambiance, and interactions based on your understanding of luxury automotive environments.
