Requires extensive experience in embedded software design and development, software security, and automotive development environments.

Quality Manager will lead the Site QA/QC program and Cost of Quality. Responsibilities include leading customer complaint problem solving, championing quality cultural change, managing quality KPIs, and implementing the Zero Defect Program. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8 years of quality experience, 5 as a Quality Manager. Must have experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and Lean Six Sigma.

Drives supplier quality improvements through audits, part qualification, and non-conforming report resolution. Leads problem-solving and improvement plans with suppliers, analyzes supplier performance data, and supports customer complaint resolution. Conducts process and product audits, facilitates PPAP programs, and supports quality system maintenance. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience in supplier quality assurance, and proficiency in quality tools and standards. Must be fluent in English and able to travel extensively.
