
Senior People Business Partner to support a Business Unit, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a high-performance culture. Requires deep understanding of Sales and Revenue organizations. Provides expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, compensation, organizational design, and change management. Supports and coaches managers on performance, engagement, and development conversations. Drives and owns people processes within the BU, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring key people metrics. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams. Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, ideally in a fast-paced, international tech or SaaS environment. Proven experience partnering with Sales or Revenue teams is mandatory. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
